For the best results, the temperature of the vehicle and the chrome pieces should be approximately 70°F (21°C). In colder conditions, please place the vehicle and the stainless pieces in a heated garage if possible. You may also use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the adhesive backing of each piece to the ideal temperature.

Installation Instructions:

1. VERIFY PARTS:

Please verify that you have received the correct pieces for your vehicle, as each piece should be clearly labeled as to where they should be attached to the vehicle.

2. CLEANING:

This is the most important step of all because if it not done properly, then the pieces will not properly adhere to the surface, resulting in the piece(s) not staying adhered to the surface.

Using a soft rag and "ACETONE" gently wipe the entire surface that needs to be cleaned.
Then follow up by using another soft rag and "ALCOHOL" for the final cleaning process.
A minimum of 2-3 minutes should be spent for each one of these cleaning processes.

3. FITTING:

Please dry fit each piece by holding it up to the surface. By doing so you will know ahead of time as to where to properly position each piece during the final application process.

4. APPLICATION:

Gently peel off the adhesive backing on the back side of each piece. Then very slowly position the top corners of each piece onto the surface, and by using slight pressure attach each piece to the surface. Be very careful as you only have one chance to properly position each piece into it's proper place. If you try and lift up the piece to reposition it, you will put a permanent dent into that piece.

5. FINISHING:

Using firm pressure either by a soft rag or a rubber roller, go over each piece to make sure that it has firmly adhered to the surface. Then peel off the protective white coating off each piece to reveal the beautiful finish. You may then use a mild cleaner to remove any fingerprints if you so desire.
