"SALES, WARRANTY, and RETURN"
"POLICIES"

Prices are subject to change without notice.
If any price is incorrect, we will notify you before the order is processed.

 We are not responsible for any typographical errors in this website.

Customer is fully responsible for providing us with the correct color
code/ paint code, and any other related vehicle information when placing the order.

"Payment Terms"

All Payments are to be made in U.S. Funds only.

We accept the following forms of Payment:
PayPal
Visa
Mastercard
Discover
American Express
Google Wallet
Western Union Money Transfers

No "Personal"  or "Business" Checks will be accepted,
unless if prior credit approval has been granted.

Sorry, but we do not ship orders on a "COD" basis.

"SALES TAX"

 Any item shipped within the State of Kentucky shall pay
the required 6.00% sales tax rate.

"SHIPPING TERMS"

Customer shall pay all Shipping & Handling Charges when the Order is placed,
unless if shipping is included in the price for that particular item.

"DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS"

Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported
to us within (7) days after receiving the shipment.
These items will be replaced at no charge.
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival,
please DO NOT accept the shipment.

"RETURN POLICY"

No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted without
first obtaining a (RA) Return Authorization Number.

Any items returned for Credit and or Exchange that arrive
in a damaged condition; no credit or exchange will be given.
In cases such as this; the customer will have to seek any
type of financial reimbursement from the shipping company.
Any such damaged items will not be returned back to the customer.

"REFUND POLICY"

Items which have not been installed, and in 
fully resalable condition may be returned to us for a Refund.
This must be done within (30) days after the date of purchase.

NOTE: Due too customers returning the following items back to us in a damaged condition;
we cannot allow the following items to be returned for a Refund or Exchange:
1. Running Boards.
2. Pre-Painted Body Kits and or Spoilers.

These above mentioned items will only be "Replaced" or "Repaired"
at No-Charge if the item has been determined by the appropriate manufacturer
to have been manufactured incorrectly or is defective.
Also if the paint does not match properly as determined by the manufacturer;
then we will only refund the original painting charge.

"IMPORTANT"

All items returned for a Refund will be charged both a mandatory
Return and Restock Fee; which shall also cover our original expense of
shipping the product to the customer.

"Shipping Charges of any type are not refundable for any item that is returned".

"Product Installation Charges are not refundable for any Item".

"PRODUCT WARRANTIES"

The applicable manufacturer's warranty shall apply for the item.

We can not warrant or guaranty the color and or fit
of any item for a specific application and or purpose.

"PRODUCT INSTALLATION"

Professional installation is highly recommended for any item.

Any associated installation costs involved with the
installation of any item is not refundable, and
is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We shall assume no responsibility whatsoever due to the improper
installation of any item, and or any damage to the vehicle or the
product itself during or after the installation.
