Whether you know a lot or a little about cars, the last thing you want is to blend in with every other vehicle that's out on the road. So why not give your vehicle some extra personality with chrome window sills. But chrome window sills don’t look just cool; they cover up that ugly and most likely faded black finish around your windows.

Made out of stainless steel and polished to a shiny chrome finish, chrome window sills make it look like your vehicle has a chrome trim -- which automatically makes it look more luxurious. Sounds like an expensive upgrade right? Luckily, that's not the case! No matter how big your budget is, you'll be able to afford them.

But did you know that they're easy to install! That's the great part about our chrome window sills. They give your vehicle a polished look that looks like it should take hours to get -- but they can be installed in a matter of minutes! In fact all you have to do is peel off the pre-applied 3M self adhesive backing, stick the window sills on your vehicle and you're good to go! Cool looks, affordable, AND they're easy to install! That's a personality you will like!

So how do you easily install a set of window sills?

1. Hold each window sill up to the side of your vehicle so that you can tell exactly where it needs to go.
2. Dip a soft rag in some acetone, and wipe the spot where your window sill is going to attach to your vehicle. Then, follow up with a soft rag that's been dipped in alcohol. Remember, if you don't clean the area thoroughly, your window sills won't adhere correctly!
3. Peel off the adhesive backing, and slowly position the window sill onto your vehicle.
4. Using slight pressure, adhere the window sill to your vehicle's surface. Be careful, though! You only have one chance to get this step right! If you try to lift up the window sill and place it somewhere else, you'll damage the piece!
5. Grab either a soft rag or a rubber roller, and press it over the window sill. That way, you can make sure that the window sill has adhered properly.
6. Peel off the white coating on the front of the panel, and use a mild cleaner to remove any fingerprints that might have gotten on the chrome.
