WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

As soon as possible! We work hard so that you will receive your order in a timely fashion. All orders are processed on Monday through Friday; excluding Holidays. You will be notified by Email as to the current status of your order once we have processed your order.

Yes we will try our very best to Email to you the complete tracking info once your order has been shipped. Please allow us 24-48 hours to provide this info to you.


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes we sure do! If you live outside of the Lower 48 US States; then please contact us for pricing which will include shipping to your destination. We will need your exact shipping address when contacting us.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS; DUTIES; and TAXES?

Unfortunately you the Buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. This also includes any fees imposed during or after the order has been shipped.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We will try our very best to ensure that your item is properly packaged to ensure against any damage, but sometimes accidents due occur on an occasion or two. If your item arrives damaged; then please contact us immediately as everything that we ship is fully insured against any damage. In most cases; a new replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible at no charge.

We encourage all of our customers to inspect the package upon delivery if possible. If the packaging box is heavily damaged upon delivery; we encourage you to refuse delivery of the order and to immediately contact us.
